The Matrix: Time Paradox

Definition = A paradox of time travel that occurs when a future event is the cause of a past event, which in turn is the cause of the future event. Both events then exist in spacetime, but their origin cannot be determined.

Because Neo is the chosen one, it was his destiny to become the chosen one, therefor if he was to choose the blue one, it would have had the exact same outcome
